The work of Phoneo is Pioneered by Ronald and Pauline Wolthuis sinds 2001 and is today overseen by a leadership board and an enthusiastic leadership team. The board is overseeing the spiritual work (church, evangelization, house churches ) and the humanitarian work like, aid programs and projects from Phoneo.

Since 2001 they trained and equipped many leaders who are today operating under the umbrella of Phoneo's leadership team. Many of those leaders have become end-responsible for their own different ministries and projects operating within Phoneo.

​

Phoneo has an enthusiastic, international team of approximatively 26 full-timers; together they realize a wide spectrum of aid projects and ministry programs .

 

Spiritual work

Iosua church was started in 2003 by Ronald and Pauline Wolthuis but is today leaded by; Pastor Delbert and Becky Chronister from the USA, Pastor Jorrit Zelle, Angela Ball and Pauline Wolthuis.

 

It’s their greatest passion to make Gods Kingdom visible on earth, and to minister and care for the poor and to release labors for the work of the ministry.

Humanitarian Projects and Aid

The humanitarian projects are leaded by different project leaders.

Every project has his own end-responsible leadership team.

Who are fully responsible for the consistency, grow, and development of their works, but are accountable to the leadership board of Phoneo.

Ronald Wolthuis is active in the advisory board and advises the leadership of Phoneo but has his main focus upon the realization and release of new works within and outside of Phoneo. And has a traveling ministry and preaches and teaches on bible schools, churches and ministries in and outside of Romania.
